After a tough round of interviews in Sky's Westminster newsroom - and one of the most gruelling tests in the history of the competition - Sarah Boast emerged today as winner of the 2016 Sky Bob Friend Scholarship. Our huge congratulations to Sarah and to the superb runners up: Duarte; George; Lauren and Lucy. The panel were greatly impressed by all the shortlisted candidates.
