On monday The Environmental society are holding a swap shop event from 12-2pm in PK107, The Amnesty International society and the RAG society will also be there. The basic idea is to promote these societys but more importantly the aim of The Environmental society is to prevent as much ‘stuff’ from going to landfill as possible.

Therefore please either just come along after lectures finish at one or “bring along any unwanted clothes, shoes, CD’s, DVD’s, in fact anything that is in a good, clean, working state and exchange them for something different.” (Items can be dropped off at PK107 from 11am on the day). As students i’m sure we all fit this bill, we must all have things we would like and similarly that we no longer need. If not then John, Laura and i will be there so just pop in and help us support these good causes.
