Tuesday has most definitely been my most exciting day of the week so far. I was, for the first time, introduced to professional recording and sound equipment, as well as being put behind the other end of the camera as an interviewee. It was an enthralling experience as filming interviews has been something that I have wanted to do since my early teenage years, and so being given a recording kit felt like being given an early Christmas present. After filming, we were asked to edit our videos, condensing them down to minute-long interviews, ensuring that a professional attitude had been taken on when both recording and speaking. I only hope that classes continue to stay this exciting, as I have thoroughly enjoyed today’s activities.
