Year 2s – there will be a (shortened) test paper set and marked during this Friday morning’s session. It will focus on reporting restrictions, magistrates courts, sex offences and defamation as regards court reporting. Please access the reporting restrictions revision guide which is on the website. AND NOTE: the following Friday, March 23rd, there will be a “knowledge based” test designed around the key elements you need to know for this exam.
