BBC Radio Kent is looking for a Kent grammar educated student
BBC Radio Kent is looking for a Kent grammar educated student who passed the 11+, for a BBC project called Crossing divides. You need to be a good talker and have some things to say. The format is to sit down and recording and film two students who don’t know each other to talk about the issue of Grammar school education v Comprehensive education. The format would be similar to the R4s The Listening Project i.e. it’s very conversational with little interjection from a BBC journalist. (They have a comprehensive educated student in Canterbury confirmed.) They’d be looking to record week commencing 25th Feb possibly in Canterbury (we can cover travel if necessary), possible recording dates/times at present Monday AM 25th/Tuesday PM 26th / Wednesday 27th. In return they are offering the opportunity to get involved with this regional BBC TV and radio station, shadow a reporter, look round the studio, watch programmes go out and so on. This is a good offer. Get in touch as soon as possible with Andy Garland (07809) 598 238. Email [email protected]
